1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Estimated delivery time:
- Karachi: 1–2 working days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 2–5 working days
During high seasons or special launches, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

Karachi: PKR 200
Other Cities: PKR 250 – PKR 350 (based on location)
Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or minimum order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel through our courier partner’s website or helpline.

5. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.

6. Packaging

All products are securely packed in tamper-proof, elegant packaging to ensure your order arrives safely and in style.
