Return & Exchange Policy

At Ayra Jewels, we take pride in crafting and delivering premium quality jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

  • Only non-customized, non-sale items are eligible for return or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., name pendants, engraved rings)

  • Items bought on sale, discounts, or during promotional offers

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer

Return Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0327-2288828 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, product photo, and reason for return.

  3. If eligible, we will guide you through the return process and share the return address.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund (if applicable) within 7 working days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or bank transfer (based on case).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and unboxing video. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
